HRM currently manages and provides leasing services for over 35 projects, most being commercial office space, retail,l, and services buildings. We hold the unique niche as the largest leasing and management firm of Historic Buildings located in Downtown Medford, many that have been restored to their original and period glory, providing upstairs office space, ground floor service space, restaurant space, and retail space.
