Crossfit Ana moved into the building at 115 West Main Street in August to have more space than they did at their former location in the Elks Building. “I wanted to get back on Main Street to have more presence on Main Street and in Downtown,” said owner Samuel Henderson.

There is a huge gym for adults in the front part of the space, and kids programs will be held in the back part of the space. That way parents and their kids can work out and take classes at the same time.

Crossfit Ana is owned by Samuel Henderson, who employs four coaches to help you with your fitness program. Crossfit is a community-based program that uses fitness to optimize people’s health. The program helps people achieve wholeness through proper eating, sleeping, moving, thinking and community.  “People who come here become community through activities such as potlucks, climbing RoxyAnn, or even simple activities like helping people move,” said Henderson.

Crossfit Ana designs workouts for individuals in all seasons of life – from ages 16-80, as well as having programs for kids. Programming focuses on 10 fitness domains: cardiovascular & respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.

They offer classes and personal training. By mentioning this article, you can take advantage of their special rate of $75 per month (normally $155 per month) for three months.
