“Something modern and fresh,” says Adrian Gonzalez about his new brunch spot that is set to open on August 14.
Sole’ Brunch & Lounge will be open seven days a week from 7 am – 2:30 pm, serving all kinds of breakfast items from biscuits and gravy to omelettes and pancakes, and drinks from coffee and juices to bloody marys, mimosas, and espresso martinis. The décor is bright and light, and definitely modern and fresh.
“We encourage everyone to try our homemade recipes and meet your friends, family, and business contacts in our fresh and modern spot,” said Adrian, who also owns Craving Cave and Andela Night Club.
