Korean Corn Dogs have made it to Medford. The popular Korean street food available in Portland, the Bay Area, and LA is here at 318 East Main Street, thanks to Amanda Villa and her new restaurant Kulture Kitchen Eatery.
Amanda’s aim is to bring different types of foods from different cultures around the world to her restaurant. “I have a love for all different cultures. We travel so my kids can experience different cultures,” said Amanda.
On the horizon are Cajun and Creole dishes, along with Baja Fish Tacos and Portuguese favorites. Head Chef Chris Montgomery, who is Amanda’s brother-in-law, is in charge of tantalizing our tastebuds and helping us experience all those “multi-Kultural” flavors.
Downtown Medford is a family thing for the Villas, as Amanda’s husband Pablo Villa owns The Fella’s Barbershop at 12 S Central. “I love downtown and all the events and the way there are so many restaurants. People are so friendly,” said Amanda.
Kullture Kitchen Eatery hours are Thursday – Sunday, 11am – 8pm (occasionally later). You can check out what’s happening at Kulture Kitchen on Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok.
