Sole’ Brunch & Lounge is a true gem in Downtown Medford — a perfect spot for a relaxed brunch experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt bright, modern, and inviting. The décor, soft music, and natural light created a cheerful, comfortable setting that made us want to linger and enjoy our meal. The bubbling wall panels were fun and relaxing.

We arrived shortly after 10 am on a Sunday morning to find about half of the restaurant’s 44 seats already taken. As the 11 am hour approached, the restaurant began to fill up.
The menu at Sole’ has something for everyone. There is a variety of combo plates, omelets, pancakes, French toast, avocado toast, huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, crepes, sandwiches, salads, and much more. The beverage menu includes cocktails, juices, espresso drinks, and a variety of soft drinks.
The service was wonderful — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever making us feel rushed. It’s clear the staff take pride in making guests feel at home. Our food was delivered quickly and still hot, and our coffee was refilled without us having to ask.
As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. One of us ordered the Chilaquiles with a mix of both the red and green sauces, which were bursting with flavor and beautifully presented — the perfect balance of textures and spice. The other had the Audrey Waffle, which was just as impressive — covered with fresh fruit and almonds, light, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor.
Every detail, from presentation to taste, reflected thoughtful preparation and quality ingredients. Sole’ Brunch & Lounge is definitely a place we’ll return to — and highly recommend to anyone looking for a vibrant, flavorful brunch experience.
