This cozy little spot brings the best of Korean street food to the Rogue Valley — and trust me, their menu is packed with wild flavors, unexpected textures, and tons of personality.

We kicked things off with the Umami Fries, which are honestly worth the visit all on their own. Perfectly crispy crinkle cuts are smothered in a savory drizzle and topped with furikake — a flavorful Japanese seasoning blend that gives the fries a salty, sweet, and nutty finish. These are seriously addictive and perfect to snack on while deciding which K-Dogs to tackle first.
The Star of the Show: K-Dogs
Now let’s talk K-Dogs — and Seoul Stix doesn’t mess around. They take the classic corn dog concept and flip it on its head in the best way possible.
First up was the Flamin’ K-Dog, with a fiery red coating and just the right amount of kick. It’s crunchy, spicy, and absolutely packed with flavor.
The Blue TAKIS K-Dog is an eye-catcher for sure — crusted in crushed Blue Heat Takis and drizzled with sauce, it has a tangy heat and satisfying crunch that makes it just as fun to eat as it is to look at.
The Ramen K-Dog was another favorite. The noodle coating stays crispy and gives each bite an extra layer of crunch, making for a super satisfying texture. It’s a great pick if you’re looking for something both playful and delicious.
Sips & Sweets
To wash it all down, we went for the Ocean Blue Lemonade — a bright, sweet, and tangy drink that was refreshing and perfectly matched with all the savory and spicy flavors. It’s sweet, it’s cold, and it looks like something out of a tropical dream. What more could you want?

The food is what brings you in, but the vibe is what makes you want to stay. Seoul Stix has a fun, upbeat atmosphere — with neon signs, great music, and a space that feels both modern and welcoming. Everyone who worked there was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy being there. It felt more like being welcomed into a friend’s kitchen than just grabbing lunch.
