Anthony Meza and Adrian Gonazlez leased the old Howiee’s location at 16 North Front Street in February 2022. They have completely remodeled the inside with new paint, flooring, furniture, TVs, and bar, and the patio with new tall fire pit tables. The place is gorgeous!
Craving Cave is a restaurant and bar and will be open from 11am to 11 or 12 pm seven days a week.“Come with your friends, come with your family,” said Meza. All ages are welcome to watch sports, play a game of pool, socialize and relax, and enjoy good food and beverages.
Craving Cave has an extensive menu featuring appetizers, salads, hamburgers and sandwiches, wings, fries, pizza, ribs, chicken, and even a T-Bone Steak. They also serve a large variety of Mexican dishes -tacos, burritos, fajitas, carne azada, molcajete, etc. And they have desserts and kids meals!
If you think the name Craving Cave sounds familiar, you may have been to their Ashland restaurant in Tolman Creek Plaza, which Gonzalez opened three years ago at age 21 after working in the restaurant industry since he was 12. Business partner Anthony Meza is 23 years old, and these two young restaurateurs are brimming with enthusiasm for their new endeavor.
Until they get their liquor license, which should be any day now, you can order Craving Cave’s food to go through Doordash or by calling 541-690-1270.
