Once again, you can enjoy your favorite Buttercloud brunch or lunch dishes and bakery items!

“Our team has poured their hearts into getting things back up and running, and we can’t wait to serve you your favorite biscuits, breakfasts, coffee, and sweets once again. We’re ready – ovens on, griddles hot, coffee brewing,” the bakery wrote on Facebook on Tuesday, June 24 the day before their June 25 reopening.
Buttercloud has been closed since January 9, when a structure fire next door at Medford Mattress caused major damage to the bakery – not from the flames, but from the water and foam from the firefighting efforts.
The updated menu has all the same delicious items and bakery goods that people have come to know and love, with a few new items such as The Stack with GF housemade cornbread stacked tall with chipotle-porter pulled pork and creamy coleslaw, and bison chili served with cornbread and honey.

Buttercloud is owned by Eric Johnson and Kim Peat. The General Manager is Cole Brewer, who enthusiastically said, “We were so excited to come back and serve the community again with all our sweet treats and lite bites.”
