A fun, light-hearted café, like you would find in Paris or New Orleans, just opened in Downtown Medford.

Champagne Cafe’, created by John Bohn of Pomodori and Over Easy, is the new gathering place for adults to get together for Happy Hour and enjoy cocktails and good food.
Located at 237 East Main on the corner of Bartlett and in front of Over Easy, the space has been vibrantly redecorated and is ready for you to enjoy Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, from 4 pm – 9 pm.
Chef Brian Ridgeway is calling the shots in the kitchen. Brian has worked side by side with noted chefs Bradley Ogden and Charlie Palmer at a Michelin-starred restaurant in San Francisco, and if you have eaten at Over Easy or enjoyed one of the new steaks at Pomodori, you know he knows what he’s doing.
As for the menu, there will be three “always on the menu” items: Steak Frites, an Oklahoma Smash Burger, and a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. The rest of the menu will be what Chef Brian and his assistants decide to make – often a collection of appetizers across cuisines from Mexican to French to Thai.
Craft cocktails of all kinds will be available, along with the standards like wine, beer, and of course, Champagne.
Come check out Downtown’s newest hot spot!
