Over Easy is a charming little restaurant in Downtown Medford that serves up fresh, local, and eclectic breakfast and brunch dishes. The menu changes seasonally, but you can always expect to find delicious options made with the freshest ingredients. I recently had the pleasure of trying an omelet that was packed with bacon, fat shrimp, spinach, garlic, onions, peas, and brie cheese. It was served on top of a potato pancake. It was so good that I couldn’t even finish it…not! Of course, I ate the whole thing and had a homemade biscuit and jam with it…with a cardamom and orange latte. I am shameless and in love with my meal.
Richard dined on pepper jack biscuits and mushroom gravy, with eggs, green onions, and cilantro. I had a bite. Delicious!
The atmosphere at Over Easy is cozy and inviting. The walls are decorated with vintage posters and artwork. The service is friendly and attentive, and the wait staff is happy to make recommendations. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Over Easy. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great breakfast or brunch in Medford.
