Andela Night Club opened in late July in a creatively remodeled and decorated space at 115 East Main Street. Andela is the creation of Adrian Palomero and Anthony Meza, who also own Craving Cave. 

Andela is open Friday and Saturday nights from 10pm – 2:15am. Music with videos is played by a DJ. Lots of different cocktails, along with wine and bottled beer, and a small selection of menu items are served. There is inside and also patio seating, as well as a dance floor.

Andela can be reserved on Sunday and Thursday nights for private events.

Downtown Market has been closed for a few months, but you can still enjoy Nora’s fabulous food. Nora is now in the catering business, doing on-site catering and pickup. Nora’s menu and how to order can be found on WEBSITE

Norris Shoes has closed, but G.E. Messinger Shoe Repair is still doing repairs in their usual space at the back of the store, where they have been for 35 years. Gerald Messinger started the business in 1969 and it is now run by his son-in-law Randy Geroux and grandson Daniel Geroux. Daniel said that John Norris plans to lease the store to another business and if that business is compatible and willing, Messinger’s will be staying there. FACEBOOK

Rogue Wear at 307 North Bartlett St recently announced new summer hours. They are open Monday – Saturday, 10am – 4 pm. Rogue Wear features a full line of Rogue and Oregon logo gear from tee shirts and sweatshirts, to hats, to camping and home gear. They started out as Southern Oregon Embroidery and continue to design their own products and logos. WEBSITE
