More Tables, Less Wait!

“It used to be a 90-minute wait; now we wait for you,” says Miranda Ridgeway, in one of the most captivating posts seen on Instagram lately. “We’ve added more tables inside, opened up the front space (The Other Easy) for coffee and fresh baked pastries and muffins, and plan to add more tables outside. Now we’re down to a 15-20-minute wait on weekends,” added Miranda.

Miranda has been managing the front of the house for the past four years and says the only changes to the place are the added seating and reduced wait time. Braden Hitt has stepped back from daily duties, and overseeing the kitchen is Chef Brian Ridgeway, who is Miranda’s uncle. Brian has worked in Michelin Star restaurants in both San Francisco and Las Vegas, and most recently, local hotspot Decant. 

Chef Brian is creating the same delicious, high-quality food that has always been offered at Over Easy. 

Their menu features biscuits and gravy, an omelet, a frittata, chilaquiles, and a Plain Jane regular breakfast.  Sweet entrees like pancakes with strawberries are also on the menu, along with a salad and a sandwich, and the usual sides. They also serve some incredible coffee drinks, juices and mocktails, sodas, and, of course, all your favorite brunch cocktails and mimosas.
