Downtown Medford Association’s Signature Fundraising event is coming to Downtown Medford Saturday, October 11th.
Registration is going strong for 2025 – tracking well ahead of 2024. There’s still plenty of time to sign up to ride one of the five (5) ride distances – there’s a distance for every rider ability level.
There’s the Lithia Driveway 7-mile Family Ride that goes to Rogue X Community Park for a rest stop then back downtown to the finish line.
The most popular distance so far is the BBSI 20-mile ride that goes north on the Bear Creek Greenway and through farmlands to the Willow Springs rest stop, then back on the Greenway at the Bear Creek Trailhead to the finish line.
The Don’s Bike Center 30-mile ride goes to Willow Springs rest stop, then loops back to Old Stage Road to the Jacksonville rest stop in Doc Griffith Park, then through south Medford to the finish line.
The Southern Oregon Subaru 43-mile ride takes the same route as the 30-miler to Jacksonville and then travels through the Carpenter Hill area, across Hwy. 99 at South Stage Road to the Greenway and the finish line.
Not for the weak of heart is the Cow Creek Band 63-mile ride. Taking the same route as the other distances to Jacksonville, the 63-mile ride hits some of the biggest cycling climbs in southern Oregon. The 63-mile riders have additional rest stops on Pioneer Road near Dark Hollow Road and on the east side of Bear Creek at Million Thai restaurant. Then they cruise the east side orchard and farmland to the Greenway at Larson Creek and to the finish line.
They’ll be lots of happy folks at the end of the rides, so if you’re not riding come enjoy cheering them in at the finish line. You can use the QR code to register.

Volunteer
Or you can volunteer to staff one of the Rest Stops, help with rider on-course support, help with pre-registration and post-ride events. Cycling is a healthy family fun activity and you’re helping raise funds for worthwhile local organizations. Check out how to volunteer on the DMA website.
Plan to Attend
One way or another we want to see you in Pear Blossom Park on Saturday Oct. 11th for the 2025 edition of DMA’s Ride for a Cause.
