Cory Maukonen grew up in Southern Oregon & enjoys creating spaces for community and belonging where friends can gather and enjoy one another. He and the team carefully select and curate beverages from around the Pacific Northwest and around the world. In 2024, The Copper Plank began long process of relocating from their small location in Old East Medford, OR, into the Historic Elks Lodge on Central Ave in Downtown Medford. It was time to expand the pub and breathe life into this beautiful building sat empty for nearly 10 years. The occupancy permits were granted just before New Year’s, and the pizza kitchen opened. The newly renovated space is family-friendly during the day, and the bar stays open until 11 pm every night. Join us, and you will always have a seat at the table.
