The Old Spaghetti Factory is Now Open!

People lined up at the door by 4pm on Monday, April 28 – waiting to be among the first to experience Medford’s Old Spaghetti Factory! In store for them was a wide variety of delicious pasta dishes each served with either soup or salad, fresh baked bread, and ice cream for dessert – and at a reasonable price. (Be sure to check out their complete menu at osf.com.)

The Old Spaghetti Factory has a kids’ menu and is a great place to take the family. It’s also perfect for a date night, a group get-together, or a banquet – and they even do catering.

The historic train depot on Front Street (formerly the home of Porters – Dining at the Depot) was “a natural” for The Old Spaghetti Factory, as some of their locations feature refurbished trolley cars and the Eugene location features dining in an actual train car. The addition of Tiffany lamps, chandeliers, wooden chairs, and antiques was all that was needed to give the interior The Old Spaghetti Factory look.

The restaurant has a seating capacity of 226 inside seats and 116 outdoor seats. 115 local people were hired and trained to staff the restaurant. The manager is Brett Lindquist, formerly from Grants Pass, who has worked for Old Spaghetti Factory for over 30 years.

Founded in 1969 in Portland by Guss and Sally Dussin, The Old Spaghetti Factory is still family owned and operated at over 40 locations across 13 states.

The Old Spaghetti Factory is one of our newest DMA Partners. “We love to get involved with the community. We partner with schools, libraries, museums, and organizations and help with fundraising, advertising, and catering,” said Raina Cyphers, OSF Regional Operations Director.
