HRM Property Solutions has a new Principal Broker. Chris Dennett has taken over the position held for many years by Scott Henselman and is in the process of buying the company.

HRM manages eight downtown buildings, among them are . . .
- The Woolworth Building
- The Sparta Building
- The Barnum Building (Beerworks, etc.)
- The Hoover-Cooper Building (Emz Blendz)
- The Phipps Building (former Norris Shoes, etc.)
- The Goldy Building
Most of the buildings have multiple tenants. Management includes leasing, upgrading, collecting rent, and even paying bills, as they are a full-service concierge management company.
HRM also manages some industrial and residential properties and will help people buy properties. Chris, who is very experienced the food and beverage industry (Elements and Beerworks), said “It is the time in my life to take the next move. The skillset for running a restaurant is the same skillset for property management.”
“What’s most rewarding for me is when we can bring in the right tenants, improve the spaces, and benefit the tenants, the building owners, and the community at large. I always wanted to help make Medford a better place,” concluded Chris.
