Is there a cost to participate?

Yes, vendor booth spaces are $35 for a standard 10′ x 10′ space during the Third Friday Market. Payments are non-refundable. Vendors will receive booth placement details prior to the event date.

 

Where does the Third Friday Market take place?

The market takes place in Downtown Medford during Third Friday festivities, primarily around Vogel Plaza and surrounding downtown businesses.

When can I begin setting up?

Vendors may begin setting up at 2:00 PM on the day of the event. All booths must be fully set up no later than 3:45 PM. The market officially begins at 4:00 PM.

Where do vendors park?

There are several free public parking lots and street parking options available throughout Downtown Medford. Vendors are encouraged to unload near their assigned booth space before moving their vehicles to nearby public parking areas. A map will be sent out with booth space assignment.

Do I need to provide my own tables and chairs?

Yes. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, displays, extension cords, and any additional setup materials needed for their booth.

Am I allowed to bring a tent?

Yes, tents are welcome. All tents MUST be properly weighted for safety. Tent weights are required and highly recommended due to possible wind conditions.

Is electricity available?

Electricity is limited and may not be available for all booth spaces. 

Will public restrooms be available?

Yes, there will be a restroom near Vogel Plaza. Thank you to A Affordable Royal Flush for sponsoring Porta Potty for our market.

What happens if there is rain or bad weather?

Third Friday Market is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, organizers may delay, modify, or cancel the event for public safety. Vendors will be notified as soon as possible if weather impacts the event schedule and refunds will be applied.
