If you are in the mood for delicious, diverse, and authentic Mexican food look no further than El Paraiso of Medford and Ashland. El Paraiso is a family-owned business serving the freshest, highest-quality ingredients in all of their menu options. They offer a full bar, beautiful dining room experience that’s relaxed and inviting, as well as space to host large parties and events. They even have an outdoor patio, that is light and airy for those who want to dine outdoors!
The full dining experience is top notch. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted with huge smiles and a warm and friendly staff that is there to help guide you through your entire dining experience. Every detail is on point, starting with their delicious chips and salsa. If you’re a fan of queso, I highly recommend adding it as one of your appetizers! My favorite menu item from El Paraiso is the chicken fajitas, they come out steaming and delicious. I pair my fajitas with the classic “perfecto margarita” to top it off which is the perfect blend of class and deliciousness!
Another family favorite menu item my daughters love to order is the macho burrito. With several burrito options to choose from, this one tends to be a family favorite. They love to choose either the beef or chicken option. If you are not in the mood for a burrito, I highly recommend the carne asada plate or the El Paraiso plate which has a mix of carne asada, pork and chicken for those who can’t decide between all the delicious options! You can pair any of these dishes with any of the many beverage options El Paraiso offers. My girls love the Shirley Temple!
If you have any room left for dessert, the churros are by far the best way to end your dining experience. This sweet, cinnamon and sugar treat that is accompanied along with a chocolate dipping sauce, is one that will leave you wanting more. It’s the perfect combination of sweet, sticky and overall yumminess!
From the amazing cuisine to the friendliest staff and the relaxed yet fun environment, El Paraiso is my go-to dining option when I want to head to Downtown Medford for an experience I know my entire family will love! I can’t say enough great things about this wonderful restaurant that is situated right here locally in Medford and Ashland. I highly recommend you stop in and check out El Paraiso and all they have to offer!
